The **Mcusta MC-0186G Sengoku Date Masamune** is a remarkable Japanese pocket knife, enhanced with stunning details. The blade is comprised of a core of VG10 steel with sides made from nickel damast. The edge is, as we have grown accustomed to from Japanese manufacturers, razor-sharp. The handle is remarkable. The blue pakka wood is milled in 3D for a stunning look and feel. Breath taking!
The laser engraving on both sides of the handle is truly unique. Two swallows on the left surrounded by bamboo with the name Date Masamune in Japanese letters. Date Masamune was a powerful samurai warlord in 16th century Japan. He is the founder of the current city of Sandai. His nickname was dokuganryu, one-eyed dragon. It is engraved in the side of the scale. The two swallows are the emblem.
The Mcusta Date Masamune comes with a belt sheath, made from nylon and brown leather.
