The **Condor Urban EDC Puukko** is a handy, compact puukko knife, designed for everyday carry (EDC). At 90 grams, it’s quite lightweight, so you hardly notice it on your belt. The scale and shapes are typical of a puukko knife, but the blade has a flat grind with a secondary V edge. Pretty different from the usual Scandi. The advantage of this is that the blade is somewhat lighter, making it easier to carry as an EDC.
The blade of the Condor Urban EDC Puukko is made from 1095 carbon steel. This is a strong steel that is easy to sharpen, and can also take quite a beating. 1095, however, is not completely stainless, so you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The knife has a strong full-tang construction. This means that the thickness of the blade runs throughout the entire handle.
The handle is made of paper micarta – layers of cardboard impregnated with synthetic resin and glued under great pressure.
