## Gin San blade
This Japanese knife has a blade made from hard, stainless steel No.3 steel surrounded by the classic damascus steel. This type of steel is almost as sharp as Carbon Steel. Sharp, easy to use and incredibly sustainable and corrosion resistant. The core of the blade is enhanced with damascus steel. In total there are 33 layers that are folded around the core. It makes the knife look unique and a real sight for sore eyes.
## Gin San handle
The oriental character of the knife is emphasized by the choice of an octagonal handle made from Japanese magnolia wood. The crop, which takes care of the balance, is made from mahogany. Truly a magnificent combination. Take into account that wood and horn are natural products. The product you receive can differ in terms of pattern and colour. The materials used remain the same.
